Set to a recording of T.S. Eliot reading his quintessential modernist masterpiece,
“The Wasteland” is a short film that pairs the sounds and themes of the poem with
corresponding visuals. The sights of “The Wasteland” elicit an even greater appreciation of the intricacy and sheer eloquence of Eliot’s words.

Shot on Sony HD in the Fall 2007 Introduction to Production class and edited using Final Cut Pro. Featuring “Cantique De Jean Racine” by Gabriel Faure.

This film was produced by David Anderson.
